Momentum Multiply Fitness Assessment

• What is it: A Multiply fitness assessment is an alternative to getting Active Dayz™ for members who live an active lifestyle but are unable to track it. You will earn points towards your Multiply status for completing a Multiply fitness assessment
• What to expect: The assesment involves the measurement of body composition, strength (handgrip strengh and optional one minute push-up test) and cardiovascular fitness (individualised step test).
• How long will it take: 20 minutes
• Cost: R 395
  You will need to pay for the assessment upfront. If you are on a Medical Scheme plan that covers the cost, you can claim this amount from your day-to-day benefits if you have funds available.
