Each sport is unique in terms of musculature used and the demand on the body, we therefore identify the criteria relevant to the sport before completing an assessment in terms of:

•    Muscular endurance
•    Range of motion and flexibility
•    Balance and proprioception
After the assessment a comprehensive athletic report is drawn up, in order to optimize specific performance outcomes and goals
